I'm Clairemarie, a life and leadership coach on a mission to provide you with the support and tools you need to connect with your inner guidance and create a life with more joy and fulfillment.
My journey into life coaching began with a personal transformation.
After struggling with health issues stemming from obesity, I lost over 200 pounds and rediscovered myself. While my physical body changed drastically, by far the biggest transformation I experienced was inside of me. I found resilience, strength, confidence and a purpose. I have since made it my mission to empower others to overcome obstacles, set and achieve meaningful goals, and create lasting positive change in their lives.
As a life coach, I understand that each person's journey is unique. My coaching approach is rooted in understanding your individual goals, providing a safe, non-judgemental space, actively listening and guiding you to self-awareness.
I truly believe that how you do anything is how you do everything - so in my coaching sessions we address the inner as well as outer aspects of your life, including your mindset, emotions, relationships, and career.
My coaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that individuals have the power to take control of their lives and make meaningful changes. We'll explore tools to connect you to your innate power to create change and achieve your goals. I am committed to empowering you to tap into your strengths and potential.

When I'm not coaching, I love spending time with family and friends. I'm grateful to have family close by to me in Westchester County, NY, and whether we're exploring new places or simply cooking a meal together at home, these human connections are essential in my life. Keeping active mentally and physically are also priorities of mine. I enjoy regular exercise, especially in nature. Nature is a place of inspiration, clarity and serenity for me. I also enjoy reading books of all kinds - murder mysteries, personal development, autobiographies. Anything that allows me to escape, grow and learn.
